• Every order you choose has been thoroughly inspected for defects and packaged with utmost care BEFORE shipping.
• Due to the nature of our products, refunds are prohibited and all sales are final. However, we only accept returns or exchanges, for items damaged in transit.
• Exchanges are permitted provided that none of the following terms and conditions have been breached:
Exceptions
- The product must be returned with tags and in its original packaging.
- The product remains unsealed and unused.
- All returns/exchanges must be made within 72 hours of recorded receipt.
Note : HAIR OVEN will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear or wash and cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care.
• You received what you ordered and simply changed your mind about the product or service.
- You misused or mishandled the product in such a way that caused damage to the product.
- You did not like your purchase or realised you had no use for it.
Exempted Products
- Purchases made on sales or delivered with an incentive such as free delivery, are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges of Products
• We also reserve the right to allow customers to exchange products with a similar product of the same price that’s available within our inventory.
Return Shipping
• Customers will bear all shipping costs or other costs associated with product returns for repairs.
Opening Packages
• Please open your packages with care, and do NOT cut open your package with scissors. We will not accept the return of an item that was damaged when opening the package.
